Thai Environment Development (UK) Limited ("TED UK") is a private company limited by shares, incorporated in the United Kingdom on 22 August 2025 under the Companies Act 2006.

TED UK acts as a commercial operating company (not a holding company). Our core role is to coordinate cross-border trading activities for physical goods, with a primary focus on:

  • Frozen poultry and food products
  • Agricultural raw materials
  • Selected general merchandise for institutional buyers

We work closely with long-established producers and export-ready factories in Thailand and other Asian countries, and distribute mainly to corporate and institutional buyers, including large importers and state-owned enterprises in Mainland China.

Supply Chain & Key Partners

Supply Chain Overview

TED UK works on a business-to-business (B2B) model only. Our typical transaction flow is:

  1. Institutional buyer issues a purchase request / purchase order.
  2. TED UK confirms product specification, price and Incoterms with both the buyer and the approved factory/supplier.
  3. TED UK signs a sales contract with the buyer and a corresponding purchase contract with the supplier.
  4. Goods are produced, inspected and loaded for shipment.
  5. Payment is settled through bank-to-bank channels (TT or LC) in accordance with the contract.

Key Characteristics of Our Operations

  • All trades are real-goods, documented transactions.
  • We do not handle cash business or walk-in retail sales.
  • All payments are conducted via licensed banks only.
